Barry O’Farrell is the leader of the NSW Liberal Party and State Opposition leader. Elected to State Parliament in 1995, he has held numerous shadow portfolios including Leader of the House, Treasurer, Waterways, Transport and Health. On Wednesday 27 October 2010, Barry O’Farrell addressed The Sydney Institute to outline the Opposition’s five point action plan for NSW’s future – prioritising growth, improving services and infrastructure, restoring honesty and accountability to government and giving people a voice.
